About the role:
The Growth Marketing Specialist will play a key role in helping get more people to the virtual doors of Equip by managing the performance of existing and new digital channels (with a focus on Paid Meta), and growth partnerships. They will also support overall growth marketing initiatives through data analysis and insights gathering.
This person should have a foundational understanding of digital marketing and paid social – including Meta – and a bias towards action. Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders are a must.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Manage daily performance of all assigned digital channels (including Paid Meta) by uploading/updating assets, adjusting budgets, target caps, etc.
Own the testing pipeline for all assigned digital channels, including test idea development, scoring, launching, and analysis.
Partner with the Brand Team in creating all necessary assets (creative, copy, LPs, etc) for initiatives.
Create landing pages with minor edits as needed for testing.
Assist in launching new channels as needed.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor, measure, and analyze performance across digital and partnership channels through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
Deep dive into data of assigned channels and related landing pages to further their optimization.
Conduct data exploration and insights gathering for various other growth marketing initiatives.
Partnerships
Be the primary POC for outside partners that Growth Marketing works with and execute on agreements in collaboration with the Brand team.
Support the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing in scaling the partnership channel.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
BA degree in Marketing or a related discipline
2+ years of professional experience in a marketing role (growth or digital marketing preferred)
Familiarity with the paid Meta channel
Demonstrated comfortability with analyzing marketing data

Physical Demands
Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
