About the Role
We're looking for a Website Marketing Specialist to own and scale our owned digital channels with a focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user journey, improving site performance, and helping our organic growth efforts become a more effective engine for the business. This role is ideal for someone who blends a data-informed, product marketing mindset with strong instincts for UX and CRO.
Responsibilities
Website Management - 60%
Partner on website and blog optimization strategy to increase organic traffic and improve conversion across high-impact pages.
Manage website requests across the organization and execute in collaboration with development & creative teams.
Collaborate with content, brand, and product marketing to re-think core user journeys and their web experience.
Analytics - 20%
Monitor and report on owned and organic channel performance, identifying opportunities to increase traffic, engagement, and funnel conversion.
Use behavior analysis using tools, like Hotjar and GA4, and A/B testing to identify friction and opportunity to improve user experience & conversion.
Manage backend website attribution using Google Tag Manager.
Organic Growth - 20%
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in website marketing, growth marketing, or a related role, ideally at a high-growth startup or an industry where digital acquisition and conversion are core to the business model.
Experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Mode/data visualization tools.
Strong collaboration and project management skills, and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders, including development and engineering teams.
Ability to think strategically and execute quickly.
Understanding of backend website attribution using Google Tag Manager.
Data-driven mindset and experience using analytics and experimentation to drive growth.
Understanding of SEO best practices.

Work is performed 100% from home with requirement to travel once or twice a year for in-person meetings. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
