What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain Google Workspace and related services.
- Oversee the deployment and management of end user devices (such as Macs and ChromeBooks), including software updates and security patches.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for various automation tasks and system integrations.
- Implement and manage Okta workflows for user authentication and access control.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting across systems (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, etc) and operating systems (MacOS, ChromeOS, Linux, etc.)
- Ensure the security and compliance of all IT systems and data.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Build, deploy, and maintain Enterprise Browser technology to users and contractors.
- Assist in the automating of onboarding and offboarding process of employees, ensuring proper setup and security of IT resources.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience integrating and managing enterprise systems (such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.
- Experience with Okta or other identity management systems.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What Excites Us

- Experience utilizing terraform to manage critical systems.

- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $125,000 - $150,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
