About the role
Equip’s B2B Marketing Specialist will own implementation of provider national, regional, and speciality-specific marketing campaigns and activities. With primary KPIs of brand awareness and lead generation across key audiences, this role will collaborate with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to select and prioritize provider segmentations, as well as design and run campaigns for specific regions and specialities. In addition, this role will lead the project management of Equip Academy, Equip’s virtual learning series on eating disorders, and help to manage successful lead generation processes.
A successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. They will be eager to contribute ideas and experiment with different marketing tactics in order to drive business impact. This role will monitor campaign performance, report on trends, and drive informed recommendations. This role is an individual contributor role, and will report to the Senior B2B Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Core contributor to provider national, regional, and speciality-specific marketing implementation, including audience segmentation, campaign design, tactical execution, and reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders from across Equip, including Commercial, Research, and Clinical teams.
- Core contributor to Equip Academy execution. Includes project management and reporting on trends across events.
- Own marketing qualified lead processing in Salesforce and report on performance for each lead qualifying event.
- Help to ensure data accuracy through regular Salesforce audits.
- Support project management of B2B assets; manage timelines/deadlines with stakeholders and supporting functions; proactively provide status updates to manager.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience with B2B or clinical audiences is encouraged but not required.
- Ability and eagerness to learn new marketing techniques and technologies.
- Creativity and open-mindedness to generate new ideas and ability to lead the experimentation of select tactics.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data into clear insights.
- Excellent time management skills to maximize productivity and performance.
- High attention to detail. Must understand that small things can impact a project.
- A strong sense of ownership in your work and the company’s health.
- Confidence collaborating across a variety of functional stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce, Asana, and data management tools is preferred.
