About the Role
As the Director of Channel Partnerships, you will be a driving force behind Lyra’s growth strategy, leading our efforts to unlock new revenue opportunities through strategic reseller and aggregator partnerships. This role is vital to Lyra’s success, requiring close collaboration across departments, including Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, and others, to build, implement, and expand key partnerships. Acting as a bridge between our partners and Lyra’s go-to-market teams, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our growth strategies, enhancing competitive differentiation, and identifying new market opportunities, ultimately pushing Lyra to the next stage of growth.
In this position, you will conduct in-depth analyses to understand partner businesses, goals, and synergies with Lyra’s solutions, strategically identifying and evaluating avenues for revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target key resellers and aggregators, developing connections with critical stakeholders to foster potential partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a framework for partnership prioritization and execution.
- Support Lyra’s traditional sales channels by working with the RFP team to generate partner interest and engagement.
- Drive discussions with Lyra leadership and teams to communicate the value and potential of new relationships, presenting internally to align on partnership benefits and considerations.
- Accelerate the adoption of Lyra’s mental health solutions within the employer market, leveraging existing relationships and industry expertise.
- Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to inform and refine Lyra’s go-to-market strategy.
- As Lyra grows, there is potential to build and lead an industry-leading team dedicated to expanding our mission and impact.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry, ideally as a business development executive, strategic alliance manager, channel partner lead, or benefits consultant. Experience in a high-growth, startup environment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the industry ecosystem, with a deep appreciation of how it connects with Lyra’s mission.
- Proven experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability.
- Passion for mental health and a strong commitment to Lyra’s goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Financial acumen and analytical skills to conduct in-depth assessments and drive partnership success.
- Creative, hands-on approach to problem-solving, with the ability to dive in and get things done.
- Willingness to travel as needed (when safe and appropriate)
As a full-time Channel Partnerships Director, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base rate for this full-time position is $180,000. The base rate is determined by role and level, and the base rate will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for commission payments.
